Every relationship has a story. So does every person. Therapy is where we begin to understand yours — and rewrite the parts that no longer serve you.

Whether you’re feeling stuck in painful patterns, navigating a challenging relationship, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I believe that therapy should be both impactful and approachable, so I bring compassion and humor to create a comfortable and supportive environment.

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges, whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, grief, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. No matter what brings you in, you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

I tailor every session to fit your needs using evidence-based methods like the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, or grief, I’ll help you make sense of what’s happening — and how to move forward with clarity and confidence.

I specialize in attachment and family systems work, which means we’ll explore how your early experiences and relationships shape the patterns you’re living out today. With training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2), certification as a Grief-Informed Professional, and CAMS training in suicide prevention, I bring specialized tools to support both short-term challenges and long-term healing.

I work with both teens and adults, and welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds. Whether you’re seeking therapy for yourself, your relationship, or your family, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where transformation feels possible — and where you can feel truly seen.
