Looking for a Therapist for Your Teen—or Yourself?

Life doesn’t always go the way we planned. Whether you’re a teenager struggling with anxiety, school pressures, identity, relationships, or self-confidence, or an adult navigating grief, depression, life’s transitions, or feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone.

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel safe exploring life’s challenges without judgment. Every person’s story is unique, so I tailor therapy to meet you where you are, helping you build resilience, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I have a special passion for working with adolescents and understand how overwhelming the teenage years can feel—not only for teens, but for their parents as well. I also enjoy helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and major life transitions with authenticity, compassion, and hope.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent seven years playing in the NFL. That experience taught me firsthand about resilience, discipline, teamwork, performing under pressure, and adapting when life takes an unexpected turn. Those lessons continue to shape the way I connect with clients today, helping them recognize their own strengths while building the confidence to move forward.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your teenager, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools you can begin using right away.

Healing doesn’t happen by pretending everything is okay. It begins with taking the first step.

I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey. Schedule your free consultation today.
