Meet
Gabriella Senatore, BS, MFT-I
Life doesn’t pause while you catch up to it. A new baby arrives; a relationship shifts under the weight of exhaustion; a role you thought you understood suddenly feels unfamiliar. I especially love walking with couples through moments like these, but you don’t have to fit that exact picture to belong in the room. If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or like you’re carrying more than one person should have to, this is your room too.
You don’t have to have the answers before you walk through the door. That’s the work I love most, helping you find clarity in the pattern you can’t quite name yet, together. Most of the couples, families, and individuals I work with are moving through some kind of major transition, whether that’s new parenthood, a career change, launching children into adulthood, or any other shift that reshapes who you are and how you relate to the people around you. No matter what brought you in, you deserve a space where you feel seen and taken seriously.
To do that well, I don’t work from just one lens. I tailor my approach to what you actually need, often solution-focused: I’ll ask what your life looks like without the problem, then we work backward from there. I’m certified in Gottman Level 1, Bringing Baby Home, and Perinatal Mental Health, so whatever you bring into the room, I have real tools to meet it.
What I want most is for you to leave feeling like something actually shifted, not just managed. Bring the harder, quieter stuff too. I can help you hold it.
