Hi, I’m Kaleigh

I help individuals, couples, and parents move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to feeling grounded, confident, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, mild depression, major life transitions, or relationship stress, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in your ability to create meaningful change.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in community settings supporting survivors of domestic violence. That experience taught me the importance of safety, resilience, and the power of feeling truly heard—values I carry into every session.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in your strengths. I often integrate solution-focused strategies, mindfulness, and emotionally attuned support to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about uncovering the part of you that already knows the way forward.
