Shirazeh Rogers, BS, MFT-I

I’m passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, relationships, and personal growth. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I offer therapy under supervision with a focus on creating meaningful connection, fostering self-awareness, and guiding lasting, positive change.

I welcome people of all backgrounds and identities and approach therapy with warmth, honesty, and collaboration — creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to explore what matters most to you. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, relational challenges, stress, life transitions, low self-esteem, family conflict, and ADHD. I believe therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating. It can be a space of clarity, curiosity, and even relief.

My approach draws from systemic and holistic frameworks, honoring the systems, identities, and life experiences that shape each person’s story. I recognize that healing is not a straight line, and I aim to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity — offering insight, practical tools, and support as we work together to better understand and shift the patterns no longer serving you.

Wherever you are on your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d be honored to support you in taking your next step — let’s connect when you’re ready.
